I tried both ways but now when i try to install it again i get a Cannot execute installment popup

It doesn't open at all, i'll click on it and at the bottom of my screen it will show that the app icon is open but the program itself won't open at all. So when i login into imvu lite instead of it popping up on my screen, it just stays on my homescreen pretending to be open.
