You can edit the icon on an already published product, but then you would have to resumbit it for peer review again.
A bit late of a reply but I would recommend to get started with the Creator Education Center. It's really helpful, and teaches the basics. You can then branch out to watching YouTube tutorials afterwards if you're more of a visual learner. There are only a few, but it's better than nothing. Almost n...
