I would say submit more products so you meet the requirement for 3 points, and try to do some advertising to boost direct sales. Just 1 point in direct sales is enough to get u up to tier 5 :) I'm not so sure about gifting if they count as sales, but it could count as par5 of your advertisement. IMO...
