Emporium name history is based on the possibility that an outfit has been previously opened on that avatar ID that had another avatar name. Probably works now with the public room history as well. Old accounts that have never had their outfits opened previously to changing the name, won't be display...

It's impossible. Theres nothing you can do to stop it, don't pay any website that claims to prevent it, they can't. Only IMVU itself could do something about this, but they don't care.
