CSS stands for Cascading Style Sheets.

CSS is a scripting language used to add style to web pages.

Example:

This is a web page with CSS: (IMVU Mafias Home Page With CSS)

lol i see the main topic today is css. there is also css3 tranzitions and animations but indeed as don said css gives the design to your website :aHappy:
