you would have to ask them that lol but mostly because they have alot of minors in there

But they only allow 18+ to have that token and only give yiu the access pass if you proof you are an adult by sending them the documents tho i just dont understand the reason why they do this

Maybe because their have a specific age limit to get the ap. Now Requesting for document is shady as all balls. But people have to make money some how right?

BUT imvu do have one of those age restricted thing that make anyone mad about ordering AP or vip. Well VIP doesn't have an age restrictor but ap does

Here's the reasons why: Number one, it is easy for a minor to get AP if they use an actual adult's information to get it. IMVU is not going to make sure that it is an actual adult trying to get AP for their own account, so you can never truly know if a person is an actual adult on there anymore. Number two, IMVU has rules in place to prohibit the showing of sexual arousal and for some reason don't want the avatars hips to touch on poses (at least that's how I understand it to be).

They don't. IMVU would rather AP come with hard dicks. Access Pass originally allowed hard dicks. IMVU was forced to ban hard dicks because financial institutions froze their accounts and threatened to drop them. Well, I have no way to confirm this but a member of IMVU CS Staff told me about 5 years ago in a private chat that the only reason they crack down so hard on UFI products is because IMVU Gift Cards sold thru Wal*Mart were/are their number one money maker bar none. Wal*Mart insists that IMVU stay 'family friendly' by not allowing sexually related activity/products or they will no longer sell the gift cards. Consequently, IMVU created the 'Unfit for IMVU' category in the ToS, allowed a grace period for Dev's to voluntarily flag their own products that were UFI without any repercussions and after that started to crack down on anyone or anything that might endanger the Wal*Mart - IMVU business partnership. Simple as that.

And we've all been looking for workarounds ever since - rofl!

It's bad that they still do this too, because they could easily make money off people buying credits with their debit/credit cards just for UFI products. They should have another account upgrade that allows people to have UFI items and sell them in the catalog to other UFI members, and then have some way of blocking those items from being used in non UFI rooms or around non UFI accounts.

Oh yeah, agreed, they could. I still think the stats are flawed and that adult AP users buying credits must be the number one source of income but the stats say otherwise. And like Don said above 'most' of IMVU is not against it. Lol - hell staff has more UFI in their inventories than any standard user. These discussions went round and round back in 2008/2009 when IMVU was still in Beta and the 'official' response was that the 'only' way to achieve this would be to have two sites - one GA and the other AP and they simply did not have the bandwidth to run two sites. It is what it is and so we dance: We upload UFI when we can, buy BM where we can and hope the narcs don't find it. They chase the stuff down and purge regularly enough to keep Wal*Mart happy and fulfill whatever contractual agreements they signed up for and some days we're Ken dolls and other days we're cock strong like we're meant to be and the universe is unfolding as it should - lol.
