Shitting in a diaper. Where I live there is a huge group of people who identify as ABDL (Adult Babies and Diaper Lovers). They are adults who enjoy shitting in diapers and changing each other's diapers. Recently, the ABDL community where I live started attacking diaper companies for their television commercials. The ABDL's think that diaper companies should use adults in their commercials instead of babies because according to them ... showing a baby in a diaper is child porn to them since they find diapers sexy.
