Option 2, because although I consider myself bi, I am more interested in "females", and that fact that "she" has a penis does not bother me at all. "She" is still pretty, where as option 1 is not, in my opinion. That's just my 2 cents though.

I do not know whether or not they are biologically female, so that's why I say it like "she". I consider it a "her" but do not know if that is technically correct.
