Need answers for tier system Help

I have 250k credits waiting to help me get to pro it comes on 2019-06-02 will it still count pending credit payouts when the script has ran for the tiers? i know i read this. So i just need answers hopefully someone knows if the pending credits count when the script is run

Just a list for future reference of what months each update will include data from

January: October, November and December
February: November, December and January
March: December, January and February
April: January, February and March
May: February, March and April
June: March, April and May
July: April, May and June
August: May, June and July
September: June, July and August
October: July, August and September
November: August, September and October
December: September, October and November

I know that IMVU calls pending payments, "Escrow". I read their their guides and rules on escrow, but I could not find anything relating it to tire updates.

your tier do not depend on how much you sale only it depend on the number of sales direct and derived and in credits and promo also doing peerview and your products rates and the number of products at the end if you gain minimum 15 points from all cores then you will get a pro level which is levels 5 and 6 and 7
