Guide for creating actions?

A friend introduced me to VU and right off the bat I’m finding actions on her female account that are female only (eye directional triggers) that I’d like to use on my male avi.

I poked around but couldn’t find any guides but this is also day one for me so I’m probably not searching the right terms. How hard is it to make something like that? I pick up new software stuff quickly so as long as there’s some sort of how to I can probably figure it out.

Sometimes some of those triggers are only made for particular heads. The asteri head for example has an eye moving trigger but the asteri mouths dont move. On the other hand the mesh heads for males have fully functional faces and they are easier to modify. Try searching for talking and eye moving actions for mesh heads or just simply search for facial expressions. Hopefully that will work for you.
