Adding a sound to pose

Maybe someone in the Mafia can help me... I'm trying to add a sound to one of my poses and using a trigger word to play it.

I have converted the wav file to ogg. The ogg is less than a meg, so it's under the required 2 megs that IMVU allows. When I play the ogg file in my media player it sounds fine.

Then I create a new action in the previewer, browse for and add the ogg file, type a word for the trigger, apply changes. Then when I try to play action, the sound doesn't play and I get an error in the previewer console.

What the heck am I doing wrong???

Why not just add sound to the trigger that already exists for that pose?

Go to the trigger under actions, and do the same you would normaly do to make a sound trigger, but leave the pose information in there.

I tried using a different program to convert the wav file and now it seems to work.
