how do you use this program?

Doesn't work on my pc I download the program and all is good, I close my antivirus and my wall and all is good Irun the program and all is good
but when I drag (chkn or folder) the extractor is not right and this files is not correct
I dont know what is that, I was waiting to see (.xmf-.xsf) textures - meshes and all the files needed to mount a product.
What is wrong? I have windows 10*
Look at this photo what give me when I extrator
(the 2 files behind the program* / imvu-internal & intex file) and files is empty
