Hello, and look I had several problems with account closures, some due to DMCA, which was my fault, and at other times because they say I need to verify the data and somehow they manage to ban you without sense, what I recommend is that you acquire VIP on an account so that you can contact them through live chat with an IMVU staff member, you explain the case well and they will give you an immediate response... likewise, the responses vary greatly between one agent and another in IMVU, so some will help you and others will literally say that it's your fault because they don't want to serve you or because they are inexperienced... so I would opt for the option that Don Von Alpha Dom mentions, get a number to spam them and have them answer you there, if it's true that you didn't want to sell the account, they should recover it for you without any problem. And if you did use the account to sell credits, it could also be one of the reasons why you were banned.
