There are h4c|<s that allow you to see when someone is whispering. I do not know of any tools though that allow you to actually read what another player is whispering to someone other than yourself.

people whisper to keep there conversations private ,reading them would be invasion of their privacy its just wrong.

yes please, like a combo of products that can be used together to first rip someone & then to keep ourselves safe from being flagged

Yeah, we allow intel / doxing services. I learned how to dox from a college security class on how to track people online. As long as the data is available via public facing pages / api ... it should be legal.

We allow white hat security services as well.
