There's also a way to get the background too if you so wish

Code
type *hiressnap then press enter

Also remember these shots include some of the screen area, so it may take a couple tries to get just what you want.

This sounds brilliant!
Couple questions before I try it out...
Do you need to have the photo thing open?
Does it capture the whole screen background included or can you adjust size/background?
Does this work in rooms as well?

That command only captures what is visible with in imvu 3D world. Meaning, that the area middle of the screen will be captured. You won't get the catty icons, nor the chat.

To make the pictures just a hint more better, you can always go and set some 3D settings up with the following way.

1. On imvu.
Settings --> Advanced --> The 3D Render used draw 3D Windows. = OpenGL
2. Now close imvu and do the following written below depending witch Graphics card you got. (for integrated i am not sure on the spot, i do not have one so i cannot take a look how to.)

------>NVIDIA<-------

3. On desktop Right click and NVIDIA control panel.

4. Click Manage 3D settings.

5. Click the second tab "Program settings"

6. Click "Add" and find IMVUClient.exe (located C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Roaming\IMVUClient)

7. Max your settings. "Antisotropic X16, Antialiasing on/override/16xQ/8x, Cuda All, Max performance, Texture Filtering on/Clamp/high quality/Trilinear off/Triple buffer/vertical sync on/Virtual reality pre-rendered frames use app settings.

8. SAVE

---->RADEON<-----

3. Right click on the desktop and select AMD Radeon Settings.

4. Navigate to the Gaming tab.

5. Click Add and then Browse IMVUClient.exe and hit open. (located C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Roaming\IMVUClient)

6. Configure Image Quality, Frame Rate Target Control, CrossFire Mode, Frame Pacing and Shader Cache settings (just max everything :D, forced settings)

7. Don't play with Overdrive if you do not know what it is.

8. SAVE!

---------------------------------------------------------

9. Start up imvu and enjoy the more smooth quality over imvu now.
