May I ask everyone for advice，Is there any way to check which room some friend in ？they have closed their room location.Need some software or tools, or some knowledge of hacking and programming?

if u wanna see someone's room location even when they have it off u can use sites like find.vu but some people know about it so they buy vip on it to block their location it so when u search their name they can't be searched.

IMVU Emporium is a joke, mfs buy VIP just to be found by our private scanners in less than 30 seconds.

It took around 40 lines of code before IMVU implemented the rate-limit. You can use a rotating proxy network and multiple accounts to get around it.
Either you learn a programming lang or hire someone. Look into the API on IMVU-Next.

Things to keep in mind:

There is a risk of getting all your accounts disabled.
If you go with python, it will be the slowest but will work just fine.
IMVU is cookie based authentication !

yeah find.vu has recently made viewing AP rooms VIP only for some reason :/ im assuming so that people will buy the vip...but honestly i dont like that they did that. i can't seem to find another site that is similar to find.vu that i dont need to pay for...there is a few free ones but they either dont work or just stole find.vu's formatting. i was able to use imvu-e (find.vu old site) for a while until today which now the site just redirects me to find.vu

If they are your friend, then you should just ask them, and respect their privacy if that do not wish to tell you.

The way to check which room a friend is in is actually pretty simple. If the friend you are refering to has the setting on where people in general can see which room they are in, you at all times will be able to see if they are in a room. But from again, personal experience I noticed that the vast majority of IMVU players tend to keep that setting off so that not everybody is just able to snoop around and see what room they are in at all times, yknow? Like me.
