I actually began the support ticket on a separate account with VIP (yes, a total scam, but I put more money that I'm willing to admit to towards the account that was compromised), and they didn't ask me anything. I just gave them what I mentioned upthread, and I was given a 1 time password to enter my account. Boom! I got it back.

the imvu support staff is really dumb, they want me to prove that my 10 year old account actually belongs to me by asking me for the credit card info that was used 9 years ago by my imvu gf.. They are a bunch of crazy fuckers you cant expect all kinds of dumb shit from them.
