The post was moved in the first place for security reasons.
In order to be VIP here, you need to buy it with medits (5000), which can be obtained for free by doing a lot of activities in the site like making posts on topics.
I don't think it's a good idea to summarize the method for like it was said before, security risk, so I would recommend you get the medits in order to see the post.
And just a side note: There was not a single person that claimed they had success with the unban by doing the steps provided, which was taken the conclusion that he just got really lucky to get unbanned. with that being said, don't go with high expectations when trying the method, since the chance for success is slim.
