It's not a program error, I download and installed IMVULite from my original post and ran the commands in a private room, the shop and dressup. They work in all 3 modes.

PM me a screenshot of your outfit. I want to see if you are wearing any products that could be causing an issue with the render code, such as particle effects or other accessories.

I have my invisible avatar to take photos in the imvu store of furniture or items in the store but it won't let me capture photos without a background imvu blocks the hiresnobg code

You are trying to use the 
hiresnobg
command to take pictures of furniture. This command is not meant for that, it excludes furniture. It's meant for taking pictures of your avatar without a background (this means the entire room).

Use the 
hiresnap
command instead and remove the background with Photoshop, Gimp or Paint.net. Using a green screen room or product will make this much easier.

Take off each item in your outfit one at a time till the issue goes away. It is probably a single item in your outfit causing the issue. Take off that item and replace it with something else, you'll be fine.
