It might have changed though. Last I attempted at Tier 6 and imvu wasn't letting me send 30k so I had to speak to an agent to do it for me. Few days later imvu put my account on hold & they have been asking me for a credit card information that was used 11 years ago & belonged to one of my imvu ex-girlfriend. I have tried to reason with these Philippines fuckers given the task of handling all the case. Neither do they understand nor do they speak well & as far as the intelligence go they do not even bother to go beyond the script they have been handed. Only reply I keep getting from them is "Sorry, We have protocols."
