Need Better Wardrobe Options

Hi guys

I love shopping! lol I've purchased hundreds of outfits from IMVU shop and lately, i've noticed that most of the new stuff is just repeats of the old meshes with different recolors. Very few creators are actually creating custom meshes. I hope to get good enough with my own meshing to be able to create custom clothing; however, as of now, The Emperor himself couldn't be suckered into wearing my new clothes.

Since I'm still left to shop the IMVU store, I'd like to know everyone's favorite shop and/or most unique outfit! Feel free to post a pic below. I'd love to see everyone's unique style.

I guess it depends on what namebrands you are familiar with, I avoid the first 10 pages just because I dont want to look like everyone else. I also noticed that the brands that are the defualt catalog are less authentic than the ones you actually have to search for. I mostly shop by creator.

Hmm that's good info. Maybe ill start shopping from the back pages first. Which creators do u like?

I don't know, I find some creators can do amazing things with the same basic meshes, so I often shop by finding something with a general shape I like I search to see if someone derived something better from the same mesh.
But for very beautiful meshes I was surprised by a creator named Ismeny. Look at her derivables and they look amazing even without textures. I'm surprised there aren't more people deriving from her.
I mean, look at this for example http://www.imvu.com/shop/product.php?pr ... d=39973912 someone should be able to make something wonderful from it. And she has lots of unique dresses like that.

That is an interesting mesh. I haven't done any women's clothing in quite some time but I'm putting this mesh on my project list.

As far as shops are concerned, if you're looking for lingerie try ladyizabella or BeautyStolen (same dev different lines)
XxToniDollxX has some unique items both AP and GA
and a few of my female friends swear by MsPixelicious or nahushal

@soulljah, ty. I'm not specifically looking for lingerie. If you're saying that because I mentioned lace in my other post, I am hoping to fix an item I have in shop. This post is just because I want to see what else is out there. Ty for the suggestions though... :awesome14:

a lady can never have too many frillies lol I do love cute jammies and lingerie.

"DesGarcon" is my favorite creator, he makes female and male clothing. Personally to me he makes his clothing look realistic.

lol - no, no. I specifically mentioned lingerie only because although ladyizabella has other stuff in her shop, lingerie is sort of her specialty.
