For me, the project is quite confusing. There's just a simple page to present AP+ vaguely & they did waitlist form.. no news. imvu mistake was to make a 360° turn to focus on mobile ~2013 ( the cancel of inner circle feature was i think the moment they shift ), thinking mobile will be the future of metaverse. they literally continue to lose customers and year after year, looking for more and more ways to suppress/limit the Black Market business. the new desktop app that is just a port of the mobile application with less feature than OG desktop app and bad UI.. let's be honest didn't helped too !

I personally think that the arrival of AP+ is due to the new CEO. I'm convinced that AP+ is not unanimously supported internally & also look like they try to hide the purpose of AP+ as much as possible by vaguely explaining it. They know paypal,.. etc will be mad when hearing they allow sexual content now trying to play on both side but they won't be able to go on like this for long. Unless AP+ is a bait & switch and will never really allow sexual content, wait and see.

We also have an official IMVU-created AP+ community where we can provide feedback on the new upgrade. I can share some images of what it's like in here but I don't know how to insert the images properly. Let me try. Subscription is $4.99 a month though and I heard if you want to use it, the other person you use it with has to be AP+ as well. If there's anyone else who got selected to get the AP+ like me, shoot me a DM. Let's hangout!

Appreciate it! Extra insight and previews is always useful. Especially for my overly curious-ass. Sadly this isn't helping my fears and skepticism about the whole thing, though:

1. Just as I expected, some of the AP+ stuff is literally just well-known BM stuff, so where's the incentive to begin with?
2. The pricing is jointly ridiculous. It either needs to be a subscription but affordable, or a 1-time payment if the aim is having astronomical prices. Not both.
3. Those same BM items which can be bought here are massively marked up. More than $20 equivalent for the exact same thing you can buy here is asking for failure.

Unless they DRASTICALLY drop those prices or at least cut the subscription part, it's just going to be dead on arrival. Assuming the damn thing releases this decade. I know there's corporate greed, but it doesn't take a financial advisor to tell them "not many people are going to pay that, it's a terrible business idea" - not to mention the myriad of feedback they got from the community about price being a MAJOR issue and way too much.

Does the AP+ exist only in the classic or in all the Imvu - desktop, app
