Hello I am writing requesting help to gain back my permanantly banned account "Gheestar" if it is possible. IMVU has taken 300 dollars plus from my bank and they have banned "Gheestar" as well as banning "GheestarPermBanned" yesterday after i had bought vip and a name change token. I called them and they had told me some bullshit about my IP being bad and if I made any purchases via that IP I would automatically get banned. I have asked for a refund of all of my money because i did nothing wrong they keep telling me that I will get my refund and I still have yet to see my money back onto my balance. I call them they give me the same bullshit that I will get a refund and this has been going on for about a month or two now. If someone could help me out hit me up. A friend by the name of Mr.Atl had told me you guys could help me out so I'm gonna give it a shot. Thank you and hope to hear from someone soon.

What are they saying your account was banned for?

What did you use to pay IMVU inc?

A refund? You'd have a better chance convincing a scorpion to give you it's tail than to get IMVU to ever admit they screwed up and wrongfully banned someone.

Actually, if you used paypal to pay, you can force a refund within 45 days of the payment.

Also, if you used a credit card...you can force payback.

imvu is stingy about money so good luck on getting it back. maybe taking legal action might work not sure how much its worth doing though.

OP started this thread about 3 years ago but I'll like to say for anyone still reading that I was able to get back my permanently banned account with ease, after being banned for something small, like harassing in a chat room. It really depends on who you talk to and how you talk.
