I don't know about the details, but I find highly unlikely that they would just purge your account 100% right when you take a ban. I imagine that if you do take legal action and win, they would just have to give everything you had back the same as it was. Or give the money invested back, at least.

You honestly have to keep on imvu in order for them to see through the bull crap! I know people who have been banned before over some petty stuff. Just as long as you keep at it im sure you will be able to get it back. Just keep calling them.

They don't purge it until I believe 2 years passed or something like that. I still have the messages up from when I sent items to that account from my spare, it just says inactive user. The username is also still claimed as taken. It's there, I just don't have access to it.

I've bugged them quite a bit. I've opened 3 support cases, lucky for me it didn't take many attempts to find someone that would be more open about it. Unfortunately they do still constantly reiterate the typical "I understand your frustration but there's nothing more I can do" but I don't believe that can be avoided with opening a case.

Its true, IMVU can give you your account back at any given time they want, but its more money for them to take peoples account and make them start over then give an account back. Also How could they not give an account back when they they ones who control all the IMVU accounts in the 1st place? True after awhile esp if its a guest account it will get recycled back if its not being used and someone else wants that account. IMVU is all about making that dollar. Butits a dirty shame for IMVU to take accounts away for less reason's then should be and then lie to you saying nothing they can do about it. Why do they even bother to hold accounts for two yrs if they never give them back any ways? I don't understand IMVU at all sometimes.
