Method 1:
1) Use the circle tool to select the cornea.
2) Click the brush tool
3) Switch the brush to soft light and the color you want
4) Lightly shade over the selected area till it is the shade you want it to be

3) Switch the bucket to soft light and the color you want
4) Turn the thresh hold of the brush up to 255
5) Click the selected area till it is the shade of the color you want
