There are loads of resources on the internet on hacking and cracking but hacking someone else's hp is illegal in many countries. My advice to you is don't mess with it, especially if ur up against an elite. It can also land you in a prison cell.
I don't know if this is still the case but there used to be a network set up where hackers could, legally, pit their skills against one another and where noobs could develop their hacking and cracking techniques.
Elites can h4c|< into systems without leaving a trail and without alarming anyone that they were ever there. But these skills are not something that can be acquired overnight.
Many of the elite also live by a code never to cause malicious damage to other IT systems but rather to gain access only. I think it's even written in their manifesto. Try google "The Hackers Manifesto".
