Hackers can not harm the hardware...tis all still good.

don , there is some malware that can attack the bios directly ... but still there is not chance that can be the case.
.
spartican after the scan she will have to do an hijackthis logs , you pm me the log i'll see if there is other things ....

oh man, i know a few people who messed up there hard drive and decided to buy a new computer. personally i would just wipe the whole thing but this is people who aren't computer savory.

problem i cant get in contact with her, new phone number she didn't give me before she got h4c|<7d. ether way no worry this is slowing down. I think it has unofficially come to the end.

But knowing my friend, she would buy a new laptop >.>
