i been using this method for years now it helps me from going off on people in rooms i just sit back and let them act a fool while they are getting reported

Ignore and flag chat. Simple.
Getting friends to flag chat too, thats over kill leaving to 7 days to 2 weeks disable.
I never saw anyone got permanent disable for insulting before but I guess it's possible if the person
keeps doing it.
