Hi

We have happy news.

We heard yesterday that the payments have been returned to us and so
we will be able to request re-enablement of the account; in view of
this we do not require repayment of the credits.

I will email IMVU, but please note there will be no one there until Monday.

I'm glad to hear of this news, I'm posting this about a week after I saw the post to tell you I still can not log-in, why? how long will this un-disabling process take?

I was thinking, maybe its the other credit seller, IMVUX. Maybe they haven't gotten there money/credits yet, or don't know it yet, and because of that I'm still being disabled.

I'm starting to get impatient and upset, how long will they take, I want to get back on IMVU again so bad.
