Permanently Banned . from imvu HELP!

I heard that if you CALL imvu seppurt you can actully bribe them etc but that's hearsay I never tried it myself. From what I heard it's expansive so unless you have big shop or something critical else rather just open new account

Hello there. i have the same problem i speak with them on live chat and they give me an older version of imvu. we used 4 people and only one of my friend disabled permantly and they told us that my friend ....answer from imvu (We detected a login on your account using a fraudulently obtained version of our chat software.) thy give it to me and i pass the version to my friends. we all are inside and only she is out and btw she was a pro on shop and her account was from 2011. the problem is that we are from greece. we have any solution to get our account back.? please give me a help here. we spend alot of money to that account. thank you.

So whether you use web support Or phone support for imvu, you are still talking to the same group of tech support people. Just in another chat form.
