My account was h4c|<7d/phished. I submitted a ticket but nothing so far. I never received an email that told me the password or email was changed. When I try to request a new password it says that the email is not in the servers. I don't know what's going on. I need this account back. I spent way too much money on it to have it lost.

Well just provide IMVU with your original email you used to sign up with, the location of where you were when you signed up and last 4 digits of your bank account number if you used it (if you used PayPal, then your PayPal email). And you should get your account back.

If they won't reply to your ticket, you can get your ticket bumped by an IMVU forums mod by providing them your ticket number and the date of last reply; or you can force a response from them by submitting your ticket to the BBB.

If you still can't get your account back, then your options are the following:
option 1: Go to California and file a claim in small claims courts ( sue IMVU in their home town ... they usually settle by giving you your account back )
option 2: Hire a lawyer in California to file a claim for you ( hire a lawyer to go to IMVU's home town and sue them for you ... they usually settle by giving you your account back )
option 3: File a complaint with California consumer affairs and the California attorney general about unfair business practices ... etc ( make IMVU's local government aware that IMVU is defrauding consumers, getting IMVU into trouble ... and possibly getting your account back )
option 4: Hire a local lawyer and sue IMVU through their local prepaid card seller ( sue which ever store near you that is selling their prepaid cards ... some countries will allow this; could result in money or possibly your account back )

Overall, you want to make giving your account back to you cheaper for IMVU than them keeping it disabled.

Has anyone actually tried this? One of my accounts is disabled for the dumbest reason and I cannot get it back.

@Hydra
I've seen both option 1 and option 2 succeed and fail on several occasions. Option 1 relies on you getting to Cali and staying there long enough to fight their internal bullshit. Option 2 relies on getting a decent lawyer who won't screw you over. If you can get the court papers served to IMVU inc though, I have seen a 100% success rate after that.

Options 3 and 4 I know people currently trying; no results yet.

Oh okay, well getting a decent lawyer is going to cost way too much.

@HydraWere you a dev? Cali has volunteer lawyers who help artists: http://www.calawyersforthearts.org/

Yep I was a pro dev. I literally helped so many people every single day on IMVU through forums and groups. Thanks for the link. I'm going to try it out.
