Hello Mafia, I have been aware of this site for a while now and I do require some help. I am not going to mention usernames because I'm not sure if they're on here on the lowkey or not.

Let me talk about it. So this user, let's call him "Andre". So, this Andre guy comes into a room I am a moderator in and he was asking users about selling Netflix accounts to them as well as talking about making money online. I got interested at his money making online and so I spoke to him and he was using this "business" sort of method; he wanted 60k credits from me to gain this method from me with no proof I declined his request, so I invited a very smart person to my room and went off at him and Andre left and said if I wanted to change my mind about things, to contact him again. Anyways, he comes into the room so often and trying to sell more Netflix accounts so he then he mentioned his money making again, so I go ahead and say "Nobody cares dude" and continued to say this to him. Next, he says the casual "brb, gonna do some business involving PepsiDew (me)" and he was idel for a while and said "Sorry, busy for a min, revolving with PepsiDew" So I booted him when I got back from AFK too.

A few days go by and I was speaking to a friend about him and she said she was in the room and when he came in, he made the room froze and crash the IMVU client for her and it was difficult for her to get back into the room to boot him, I wanted to see this for my see this for myself and invited him, I can't remember what I said towards him but he began to whisper this to me about a few times:

/finessin /MSG /AJ /DAGAWD

Resulting in me and everyone else to crash. Restarting IMVU, I got back in the room, booted him immediately and crashed again, restarted again and I was a bit cautious of what this was. So, I went to IMVU Live Chat and was talking to them about this issue, I showed them a screenshot of what he said to me and they said that they could not help due to the none product information so I said I'll get him into my room. He accepted the invite and sent them the products in the room, I looked upon IMVU-E too, there is only ONE product in that scene and even that is hidden. This product is called "Array" by IMVU inc. for -1 Credit. I have seen NO information on this product what-so-ever and it has made me cautious. I asked about it again and someone mentioned that it is a gift that IMVU has sent. Though, IMVU only gifts rooms and with daily spin, they show their products and wouldn't come up like this.

The guy also apparently knows the owner of IMVU-E and also not to come to you guys, though, maybe you guys could help and figure out what is going on. If you all need screen shots, here they are:

If anyone could tell me some information, that would be great and this has been reported to IMVU, they are going to look into it though, I want to make sure this person is stopped.

The guy is what is known as a "shooter" or "spammer". He crashed you by overloading your client's message queue with a burst of spamming the same message more times than your client could handle. Really ... he could have spammed just about anything and this would have crashed you. We are working on a method for closing this security hole. In the mean time, we recommend blocking him, so he can no longer enter your room. If your regular room occupants install IMVU Lite, they can use the IMVU Lite mute feature to prevent him from crashing them.

Would a delay command on message posting help? Make a slower interval for posting out. Just like a lag does.

Hello, thank you for the reply. We looked into it and he is using a hidden product called "Crash Vb", which is unavailable in the store of course. I'm thinking the creator gifted him this product. Telling IMVU this new information including the products ID, they passed this to a specialist however, they then told me to flag the chat when he writes out the triggers. Though, they even tested the product on themselves and they declared they crashed. Me and another user was able to place the voicebox into Peer Review and it was exactly how we expected, yes we crashed. Though, I appreciate the help and helping me find out about this guy.
