I have had my IMVU account for just over a year. Today while i was online, I crashed out of imvu and i couldn't get back in. it kept coming up with invalid login 3 which i knew was incorrect password. I tried resetting my password but it was not accepting the email i had signed up with. I checked the email i had signed up with ans it had a email about confirming a password change. I have spent a lot of money on my account and i cannot lose it. Please help me retrieve my account.

Do you have all the information for the account including PayPal and credit/debit card info on all past transactions? If so you can send a help ticket and you'll most likely get it back.

In the future I suggest not clicking on links from people on IMVU and whenever you log into IMVU make sure the url is really IMVU and not a phishing site.
