It does appear to have run into a glitch, yes. It's no longer showing the outfit products and although the clone outfit button is populated with products "imvu:TryOnOutfit?productId=191%2C13759128%2C21803520%2C31205085%2C33399331%2C33704525%2C33737596%2C30297884%2C31600815%2C24227404%2C33641519" and does open the shop, nothing gets loaded. So no, it's not just you

knows what's wrong with it and maybe he'll fix it when he gets some free time. If not I'll take a look at it when I get done with the Room Finder betas.

Fixed it. Took me all of 5 minute for figure out what was wrong, and another 5 minutes to fix the issue. It should work for you now. Thank you for letting us know it was broken. I have awarded you 5000 medits for your good deed, +karma.

outfit cloner doesn't work
when I click to open IMVU it opens it up in Shop and makes my avatar disappear

You have to be logged into IMVU's website in a separate tab before the outfit cloner will work. It uses your connection to IMVU in order to grab some of the data about the outfit. Without that connection, the tool is stopped by cross site scripting errors.
