Does any of you having same trouble while logging into imvus website from mobile device. Im using Android. I put my log in info and click log in but, nothing happens. Live chat said they will research and fix it soon. My friend having the same issue as well. Thanks let me know if you know a solution.

IMVU is currently experiencing outages in certain parts of the world and with certain internet carriers. The issue has been ongoing for the past week. Try connecting to your wifi and then logging in? I have been having the opposite issue ... I have to use my cell as a hot spot in order to get a connection on my desktop.

On mobile you can use desktop mode in your browser for log in and then you can use the mobile version too after you logged in. The issue is only happening with log in i think.

i stopped trying to use imvu on mobile devices it never goes right for me

Yeah, I've had problems on my tablet,however it believe it is unavoidable in some cases,I haVe experienced many times, errors with my client (app), my internet provider and others. I think you may just have to deal with the occasional failure as we can't do much about it realistically. I suggest restarting your device and reinstalling the app if the problem persists. Although even those solutions have been shown to not function as planned. Somet9you just have to wait and hope for the best. I've noticed IMVU not neglecting the mobile versions of Imvu so much and it really is appreciated on some level.

I even find the PC client to be annoying sometimes...
