From personal experience, no one on this site sends a pay link unless it has been requested by someone who is seriously interested in purchasing the items they are requesting the payment link for, otherwise why request the link?

No. u don't have to continue with the purchase if u have changed your mind. if this is the case just don't fill out the payment info.
