Imvu disabled account for security reason

Hello so my imvu second account got disabled cuz I gave my account to my friend and when he logged in they disabled it I contacted them and they've said it got disabled for security reasons but what weird is the information they've asked for they wanted birth registered on the account which is OK but what's not they've asked for first and last name registered on the account as I know there's only display name and username what they mean by this and they've asked for billing address and I still don't understand what they mean please if someone can help me explain to me what I have to write

seems like they are trying to verify if thats really your account. ever use any credit cards to purchase anything on that account?

No I didn't I just don't understand what the first and last name registered on the account cuz there's nothing like this or the billing address

If you provide them

Real first and last name assigned to the account.
Date of birth on the account
Last 4 digits of a credit card - if used
First email and current email.
Country that account created - Country>state>city
Billing address on the account - if given before

in addition to that tell them you were traveling and you got disabled. Both of my big accounts got disabled like this couple months ago and I got them back with just a phone call and the above information. You might not have all of the information I listed above but its like they are the judges try to convince them.
