Use of Trigger products on Mobile devices

I have been using Trigger products of BM for a while and worked very well on mobile devices and Laptop or PC. But I understand that IMVU trigger products have not been tested for MAC, Tabs or Mobile devices and do not work on these.

This leaves me with a thought, why ? Trigger products from BM or otherwise if loaded first time on a PC or Laptop and worn to a profile can be added to saved looks and used subsequently on mobile devices as well. Correct me if I am wrong. I wonder why this is not possible for imvu mafia trigger products and what are the limitations. Can someone add his/her experience of using BM triggers on Mobile devices ? As far as I know, I have been using it for quite a while and work perfectly fine once these are worn first time on a PC or laptop and added to the saved looks.

Just curious to know and understand the limitations with imvu mafia products. Thanks

Two reasons:

1) Mobile is buggy when it comes to support for morphs, node translations, and overlaying scalers. Most trigger dicks and sex poses use these technologies and crap out once loaded into mobile.

2) We would have to create a custom client for mobile in order for mobile to gain the needed connections for loading products from our private product server. Then, we would have to figure out a way to distribute said app, other than side-loading. Preferably some sort of app store that supports third party gaming apps and ignores the take down notices / legal threats that IMVU inc issues via zerofox.

I understand the technicalities when it comes to morphing etc and mobile bugs. From a layman's point of view and how he or she sees it makes one to wonder how other creators flourish making huge money out of it. I know an Egyptian creator who creates such BM products and sells them with confidence. Her BM non-AP products are AP compliant, skins non-AP & triggers work for both the devices, PC or Mobile. I am of the view IMVU Mafia could tap these potential users since the technology is undergoing paradigm shift from conventional PC technology to mobile with 5G etc & soon it will be Mobile that will rule the roost for most of the segment.

It's just a thought having served an ISP for nearly 25 years.

Topic is very old, but I would like to give my point of view on this topic anyways.

First of all, I think that in future (I am talking about longer period of time), people will have to do something. Time is changing and I have feeling that people will less and less use client.

Not really sure if you guys realized, but there is even new thing made by imvu, in beta stage, where you basically install that one, and when you login, you are basically in browser version of the game. With possibility to enter rooms and stuff like that.

I think that imvu will try to switch from client to that version because it will be way closer to mobile version. And it kinda makes sense.
However, I still feel that client is the most realistic app so far although there are many problems.

If imvu completely stops updating client and moves on to other program, black market world in general will have huge problems because it will be way harder to use all these things, including triggers, but even to set rooms and stuff like that.

So I think that in general, people will try to find new ways that will work fine.

In general, many black market items work in mobile version, only problem is that in many cases you have to open it first from the client, which means that you are still depending on client.

Our scientists have already cracked most of the code of the newer client, did so via leaked versions months before the beta was even release, and are prepared to speed through development of a black market version of the newer client if the need arises. Due to the extreme unpopularity of the newer clients, we shall not put in these final effforts till absolutely necessary though. The mass majority of the community still prefers and sticks to the older desktop app; a fact supported by multiple polls held on on site over the past year.

Well I believe that you guys did. I am sure about that. That is always something good to hear. When I said black market, I meant in general, globally. But you guys are one of the best for sure.

Anyways, I do agree that imvu client is still the best. But mostly because it is the easiest way to check items in shop and buy them.
And secondly, it is way easier to use triggers in client than in any other version.

Huge disadvantage is that client is pressuring PC Disk a lot. Not to mention that they have some files over 6-7 GB of memory that are using memory for no reason, but I am talking about disk space, where sometimes it feels like you decided to open 10 apps and not just one, imvu client.

That is why this new version in beta stage is more appropriate for people who are using weak PC or maybe something other, smaller and weaker where they want to install imvu client. It is much cleaner version but it is still far away from good one. But we will see if they will add something in future in that beta version.
