IMVU Quality Agent? Help!

I tried to download PRB client but once I wanted to run IMVU again, a screen popped up saying that I cant run imvu unless I delete the shortcut. See the screenshot. Also if theres anyone whos good with installing products, in my case a single trigger, please dm so you can help me out! Thanks!
