Disabled Account 10+ Years

Is It Possible To Get An Account Back That Was Disabled For Using t4? When I Try To Log In It Says Wrong Password Or Email, It Doesn't Say Disabled Or Banned. But I Got The Email Saying It Was Disabled For 0 More Days! Yet, I Can Not Login And Will Not Let Me Reset My Password.

Hi Bella, I've been told you cant get an account back after 7 yrs after being Disabled. I haven't heard of anyone getting an account back after even 2 yrs, but rules change all the time and it does depend on what IMVU tells that induvial at the time. Now for you I would recommend you calling IMVU with one of there toll free phone numbers in your state and talking to them about reactivating your account or reseating everything and just tell them you been away for awhile. See how that goes. Keep us posted and don't give up.

My Apologies, I Meant I Had My Account For 10+ Years. I’ve Only Been Not Able To Log In To It For A Little Over 2 Months.
