When I buy something how do I get it to my imvu account?

Question: When will I receive my products?

Answer: Products are delivered within 48 hours after payment through our site's built-in systems. Within 48 hours after payment, you will receive a private message in your mafia inbox leading you through the delivery process. The 48 hours start once the payment has reached our end. Orders may be delayed by holidays. You may request expedited delivery from sellers. Some of our sellers do offer faster delivery for a small fee.

Question: How will I receive my products?

Answer: Every product comes with all of its raw assets and access to our private product server, with software and step by step instructions on how to access products on our private product server. We use a private product server that we control instead of gifting directly via IMVU. This protects our users and their products, removing IMVU staff and IMVU's review system from the equation. Products come with software for accessing products on our private product server during normal chats with your friends / sex partners on IMVU. Gifting / selling from our private IMVU product server is permitted and will not cost you any credits. You may use our products in any room / chat, with anyone you want. AP is not required. A secondary IMVU account is recommended, but not required.

Giving us your ingame username would be a security risk. If our server ever got confiscated ... the last thing you want on it is a bunch of IMVU usernames sitting in our database. Instead, you will press a "use product" button on our site ... and it will simply send the product to whatever IMVU account your IMVU client is currently logged into, or you will give a gift code to your partner if the product is for them.

Question: Do I need to pay extra to use products on multiple accounts?

Answer: You can single pay and send products to infinity accounts. We do not charge extra for multiple accounts, zero credits are charged for gifting, nor do we limit the accounts you can send to. Many of our users use our systems to re-sell our products and send them to many people. Limits such as that would cripple our reseller community. Our customer base is strong because of our interest in full customer support in all customer endeavors. We do however charge a $1 fee yearly or after 12000 uses of the product, to cover maintenance fees. Maintaining your products costs us bandwidth, storage, and technical support; all of which your $1 goes to cover.
