Where can I get the link to download the Open Bullet program?

I want to use it to bot accounts and increase my followers.

No, I do not. I just know that you can use the software to programmatically login to a list of accounts and make them all do the same thing. It only works if you own a ton of IMVU accounts to feed the program. You would have to find someone selling bulk IMVU accounts. A few years back I bought 10,000 newly registered accounts for $20, but that guy no longer plays IMVU. You'd have to ask around to find someone selling something similar.
