on the client it wont let me go to shop it just says get matched and wont let me click on anything but that

That happens if you install a client mod before completing IMVU's new user tutorial.
Reinstall the client: https://static-akm.imvu.com/imvufiles/i ... _548.0.exe
Then login and complete the new user tutorial.
Then reinstall IMVU Lite or Deep, whichever mod you are trying to use.
