I bought the product, I downloaded IMVU Client, I followed the directions for the preparation and the rejuvenation, I make sure I see the Black Market icon, I go into the chatroom with them, and they can't see it? I also used the accessory activator just in case, and it still didn't work. I redownloaded and re prep/rejuv'ed two times and none of those times it worked. Should I do the DIY option? Do they need to download it as well?
