Well i watched an awesome video on Youtube.. i would like to shar eit but its on german...
If you are german: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kd2_1cx3deg

Otherwise:

1) It would be good to change your password every month or if your account is really important to you do it every week.

2) When you make a password, make it minimum 8 letters, and it should contain number, big letters, small letters and so on.... and to not forgett it write it down! Do not save it in a text doc! If you would accidently download a spyware and you are already not the only one who knows your pass. <---- i know the chance is very very very very low.. but if you want to be 100% sure do it! And hide it somewhere nobody will find!

3) If you make a new password, immadently go to browser options and delete saved passwords!

4) If you got spyware, search your computer up for viruses with your Anti-Virus. Also there is a lot of freeware against them.. but dont download every cra* you see out there! First look for feedbacks in forums and so on. I only have a german programm called "Spybot Search & Destroy". Its a very good and useful freeware and easy to use. I only heard good feedback of it and if youre interested but dont know gemran you are free to use Google Translator till you already know what what is.

5) Before you are making a new password check your computer with your Antivirus again so you make sure nobody is watching you.

6) NEVER GIVE AWAY YOUR PASSWORD! IMVU wont really ask for you rpassword and if a account which has some name like it would be from IMVU, dont give the password and report instantly!

Well i just wante dto write a topci about that and especially Developers who are pretty famous should actually follow that. I dont say you have to! Its not a must ;D

No one ever does this...even if they do think it is a good idea.

I try to make passwords at least 12 character, and I make sure they always have at least 1 symbol if allowed.
An 8 character password can be cracked by a decent botnet through brute force in about 15 hours.

Woolve, please tell me you do not use the save password option in your brower at all. I myself or any decent h4c|<7r can easily steal all of someone's saved passwords from their browser.

Spybot Search & Destroy comes in every language known to man. Also, you should set your computer to do a weekly scan at 3Am once a week, reguarless of weather or not you think you have spyware.

If said password is really that important, then use these tips: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bB1pwmAhkDo

Just a note, also, never give out your email address.
^^ I can get into that too, with or without your a password.

Just a note, a decent h4c|<7r does not use passwords, period.
A decent h4c|<7r does not even use login screens.
We simply manipulate the data from outside of the account, or drop in through a trapdoor.
