Well, first I want to thank those of The IMVU Mafias because they helped me to recover my IMVU account.

Someone stole my account after a few weeks ago, so I thought to use The IMVU Mafias' free protection services. I spoke with Don Von Free Credits, a specialist in recovering accounts on IMVU. He told me all I had to do and what to write in order to get my account back. A few days later I received an answer back from IMVU customer support, that said I needed to give them my date of birth and last four digits of the card, because I had bought with my card access pass with. i was also a victim to the hackers when i joined imvu in my first year, i had collected credits watching videos and doing surveys it was easier back than till i reached over 10k worth of credits, in hoping to buy a room and open my first club on imvu, but before i could shop i woke up the next day unable to enter into my account, it kept saying i entered the wrong password, i was devastated, i heard people getting their accounts stolen and i knew this had happened to me, i clicked on forgotten password and checked if i got an email sent to my hotmail account which i was registered with, fortunately for me, i saw another email that was asking if i had changed my email on imvu, which i clicked on No and i managed to reset my password to imvu from there again. when i logged back into imvu 3D chat i noticed my 10k credits were gone. i got some advice from a friend who told me i had to file a ticket, i was not vip and it took some time till they got back to me, and i had to show evidence i was h4c|<7d) in my email it showed my account gifted 10k credits to another account, so i showed imvu this and imvu credited me back my 10k i was lucky to get my account back and the 10k and i managed to open my first public room
