i was facing problem with my laptop, whenever I put some load work on it, It everytime say Code error 404 with a blue screen and then go for a restart. i tried your methods but still i am facing this problem. Idk if it is the issue or RAM or the hard drive or maybe the operating system but i installed the operating system twice for this problem but it didn't work out, so i guess this isn't the issue of operating system. whenever i turn off the internet connection and go for airplane mode, then it take some time to restart the operating system, maybe it is the issue of some virus as i go for airplane mode and it gives me some time. But mostly i think this is the issue of Ram i guess.
