I have been permanently banned from IMVU and they will not listen that It was not my wrong doing, One product was flagged as being UFI , I just derived the product from a creator didn't change anything and they flagged me while numerous same products continue to be sold, also some of my disabled products are being sold and were removed by IMVU over a year ago. After numerous attempts to have the mistake corrected IMVU has stopped responding to my help tickets and the telephone number they provided me to call them is only there for complaints about VIP Membership and when prompted to enter number 2 if other than VIP is the problem to be discussed the automatic response it to hang up on me.

I also had purchased many music items and was only reimbursed for a small percentage .

Have you tried forcing a response through the BBB?
