Now, i have two accounts that have been banned.

The first one was banned for a reason that i was told could be fixed upon providing proof of age (it was reported for misrepresentation of age) but when i did give them a copy of my birth certificate, they simply gave me a generic message saying i violated the TOS and i should review it. they refused to re-enable my account despite telling me that they would in a different ticket had i provided the information. (couldn't reply, it was more than 7 days after opening that ticket)

The second account was a different case however, i was banned for spamming when there was a bug in the system which made it so that using many symbols in a very long sequence would lag then crash the user (when whispering). I did this to regulate griefers and unruly people in rooms i wasn't a mod in, or to get rid of mods that abused power on a regular basis.

I stopped doing that, but i know how spam works. you get three strikes, getting banned for a day, week and them permanently. they simply banned that account because i was abusing a system bug but the reason they banned me according to the email was for spam.


Is there any way of Re-enabling either or both accounts?

The only current way that I know of is to sue IMVU.

You can try to convince them that you have done nothing wrong. They usually don't want to hear it. But if you keep at it you might be able to get them back.
