My account got disabled

My account just got disabled this what IMVU sent me in my email address Hello, Wars. We have reason to believe that you have h4c|<7d an account or are currently using a h4c|<7d account. Your account has been permanently disabled until you provide proof that the account you are currently using belongs to you. Please Request Support through our Help Center
and provide the original birthdate and email address of your account.

I know all the information to the account but only thing i doesn't know is where the account was created at because i bought the account from someone but just changed all the information, any ideas?

Simply contact the old owner for the information.

suggestion if u haven't gotten it back. alittle late true but for future referane, u can go to ur acct page if poosble, and look on the right hand side links. there about half way down u will see a box that has vuew transaction history in it an click on it. it will show u everything u've paid credits for, eery purchase, and date etc but only if u can gain access to the account page.
